does anyone else think that society is more 'unsafe' now

i have severe anxiety problems anyhow, related to ptsd, i stay indoors a lot now but i'm getting mental health support hopefully soon where i will have a 'carer' to go out places with......but the reason i think society is a bit 'unsafe ' now is because the amount of unknown migrants and foreigners they have allowed in the country, people who we know nothing about......and i've seen violent crime is on the increase in many areas of the uk, especially in the big main cities....knife crime and other violence.

and when you cope with anxiety problems like me and are not very self confident in public, tend to self doubt, panic at the drop of a hat, it can make you feel afraid of going outdoors to places....i do feel vulnerable at times as a male in my middle age.

do you have any thoughts about this or no?

Have you got a recumbent bike or cross trainer at home?
Is it a place to put the gym equipment?
I see Facebook Market selling a few gym equipment for free or under £50.

Exercises can help to reduce mental health. You can exercise while watching TV or YouTube.

Society is unsafe and it's a boring place.
This is the reason I don't like living in the UK.
I hope that I don't need to come back to live here anymore.

If they sell the NHS to private companies, I may consider changing nationality. I would consider Singaporean or Australian citizenship. The government doesn't care about tackling crimes but they want to increase taxes.
