High functioning autistic...once was called borderline functioning disorder?

So i went for my mental health evaluation..to get my diagnosis for my disability case right? 🤔
I was told my symptoms are borderline high functionibg autisim..formaly known as intellectual dissorder..then i was told i have ADDHD, BORDERLINE personality disorder, mild mood depression and anxitey.
I dont understand all this but i do know im an intrivert and i blast my true self here a lot.
Maybe thats why i got so many down days?
But, now on medication, day 4..i am feeling zombie fied

@Fallflower grace of God..to be zombiefi3s, like yr in atunnel and EVERYTHING is loud, yet your feet feel like mush. Dr said tge feeling of walking on marshmelliws will fade..yep

@CloudAngel80 Well that’s not what I expected zombifying to feel like so thank you for describing it. I hope it fades soon and you start to feel like a better you.
