Dealing with anxiety attacks when your completely alone..

Wow that takes some discipline. When you feel like your mind is literally eating itself with thoughts and the stress is so intense you feel like your about to have a heart attack and you have noone to talk to. You could scream as loud as you want and noone would know or even be able to comprehend it because noone even knows who you are.. to hold it together under these odds. Thats true strength. But noone can see it.

When we used to run naked on savannas it was an habitual thing to often have to run from lions or chase animals, now in modernity we don't have these threats anymore but for some few people their bodies might confuse minor threats as if a lion were chasing them.

Might not work for everyone but that's how I used to deal with panic attacks when I was younger \(
Tell myself "There's no lion chasing me, stop overreacting!", bit aggressive way of thinking but it usually worked w<)
