Dealing with anxiety attacks when your completely alone..

Wow that takes some discipline. When you feel like your mind is literally eating itself with thoughts and the stress is so intense you feel like your about to have a heart attack and you have noone to talk to. You could scream as loud as you want and noone would know or even be able to comprehend it because noone even knows who you are.. to hold it together under these odds. Thats true strength. But noone can see it.

Take breath after breath and try to focus on listening and feeling every breath... try to prolong them and space them out. It is okay, it will pass, you can take control of it gradually. When you don't gasp for air anymore (when your breath becomes quiet, regular, and calm), you will be able to think again. Take a walk out if you can.. contemplate but now one by one, slowly, these worries... as you order your mind.. you will see clearer. It helped me when I once broke down and had to regain composure in 15 minutes top. I remember hearing my voice as I was trying so hard to take deeper breaths at the start.. and how like ripples of a wave... they began to get easier and quiet down after a few minutes. Remember, being alone in this moment doesn't deprive you of your strength. You can still guide those emotions through and out of you. I hope it helps.
