I love my friend but her PTSD is affecting my metal health and I feel so bad for distancing myself. 😞

I suffer from ptsd and it pushes others way
I understand tbh
Its tough and i hate that im just off when i suffer, no one has to witness or be around that
Please dont feel bad, its a really tough illness to deal with
At times i cant even deal with myself
