PTSD and CPTSD can be extremely hard to cope with and of course affect our ability to relate well with others. Some matters need professional support but I hope she retains some level of connection with friends, that they feel able to cope with.
@PhilDeep She doesn't have many friends. And she's still going through a very challenging time at the moment. And I seriously don't know how to help me apart from saying, "I am sorry you are going through this."
