I have a ✨ touch✨ of OCD
I'm not self-diagnosing. In 2011 I was diagnosed with Bipolar type 2 with OCD.
My OCD isn't severe and it doesn't hinder me from living life, but it's there. I wash my hands a LOT in a day, and because of that, I'm constantly oiling my hands or putting on cream or lotion. I also can't go to bed unless the kitchen is clean. I can't rest til my house is clean. It drives me INSANE if roommate eats off a spoon then dips it back into the pot, and it grinds my gears when he will finish his plate and set it near the sink without rinsing it. 😤 Stuff like that.
It's not fun but I'm thankful it isn't worse.
