Update on my meds

So I called the doctor I called the pharmacy and apparently the manufacturer has changed the way they are making that pill that I'm on. So it is the same pill it functions exactly the same and there is no difference except for the color and size. Oh now I have to wrap my head around this and figure out how to take this pill. Time to work on my best coping skills and I'm going to be leaning on Joel quite a bit I know we'll be able to do it but it's not going to be easy it should be and I know it sounds stupid. The hell I live in in my head. I hate having life impacting OCD so much..

You did the right thing by checking. Now that you know it's the same you are good to go. In a few days you will get use to what the new pill looks like then soon you will forget what the old pill looked like. After that it will just be another day. 🙂
