Hello Nearly the whole world has Obsessive Compulsive Disorders . My only advise with that is never control someone with that . Leave them come to there own conclusion .
Most of the OCD end up at some stage it goes flat . The highs The highs and The highs and then eventually goes flat . You end up coming back to yourself .
What usually surfaces underneath that my friend is a lot of depression or self pity .
Don't beat yourself up for that at all cause nearly everyone I met has or had that .
I had 2 brand new cars in the one year going back awhile and a week while I had them was a high and the following week was why did I get them . See after awhile everything goes flat

@riseofthemachine why are you coming on my post and trying to downplay my daughter and my struggles with OCD. I'm never seen you on here before either

@riseofthemachine 1. Mild OCD
Obsessions and compulsions are present but manageable
Little interference with work, school, or relationships
Person can often resist compulsions
2. Moderate OCD
Symptoms are frequent and distressing
Daily routines are disrupted
Avoidance behaviors increase
Anxiety rises if rituals aren’t completed
3. Severe / Extreme OCD (the “worst” level)
This is what people usually mean when they ask about the worst level.
It can involve:
Obsessions and compulsions taking several hours a day
Inability to work, attend school, or function independently
Extreme distress, panic, or depression
Strong avoidance (not leaving home, not touching objects, not eating certain foods)
Compulsions that feel completely uncontrollable
Sometimes poor insight (the person may feel the fears are absolutely real)
Higher risk of depression and suicidal thoughts (important but not inevitable)

Well, Jeremy..... you've been great thus far at clearing obstacles, being vigilant, and taking a proactive approach to whatever life throws your way. Cheers!

EVERYONE needs a day like that. But how wonderfully sensitive and caring of Joel to recognize that you were both getting a little edgy, and NEEDED it!

You definitely need and deserve a day to decompress and relax. 😊
