It's great for business, I guess.
But seriously, I do get that it's important to think of our own peace and tranquility in a world where we're being pulled in all directions with responsibilities and expectations. Sometimes it's nice just to shut off from all the noise and indulge in something rewarding. Yeah, it can often be materialistic or hedonistic, but ultimately it's a way of reaffirming that our happiness matters too.
Like with anything, moderation is key.
