What steps do you take when you know you’re in a bad mood to curb the collateral damage?

AlchemyFox · 36-40, F
I take care of myself. Eat something healthy. Find something to laugh about. Hot bath if I can. Book. Candles. Dark chocolate. Tea. All the little things I can do for myself to help myself through.

I try to be my own best friend.

Eating normally calms me down plus since cutting right down on carbs I don’t get in bad moods and grumpy

Don't communicate with anyone and take a hike. My shit shouldn't impact others and the forest resets me.
