No you’re absolutely right, you still need a solid support system. Having a strong man to lean on whom you are able to trust and depend on helps. Also as her mother you shouldn’t have to be undermined when it comes to parenting by family members. You should be in charge and respected. @LaurenRae

I know that you are right....being in a depression is tough....and your daughter alone cannot get you out of it....I hope for you it will get better soon...think about you

You can have good things in your life and still be depressed because it’s about where your focus is.. happiness is a frame of mind and if you focus on depressing thoughts instead of good optimistic ideas then you will be unhappy
