Not sure about clearing depression, but exercise is important, at least for me and clearing my head.

Pushing yourself physically can be hugely gratifying.

Also, I read recently that long periods of sedentary behaviour (sitting and lying down a lot) has a significant association with an increase risk of dementia, which seems crazy to me.

Try to do one thing on your procrastination list. Even if it's just emptying the bin and doing some hoovering.

Cook some food. Even if it's just a Pot Noodle.

Watch a film that you remember liking but have avoided because you think 'I've seen that'.

Have a early night and don't set an alarm clock.

And play music loud enough to make you smile....

lol I wish sister.. the music I hve isn’t sad but you wouldn’t like it because it’s mostly drug music.
