I never sought help so I don't know what's wrong with me. I just know that I've always had low frustration threshold and I'm easily prone to negative feelings, so naturally I often feel low or uncomfortable. And since it's always been like that I kind of see it like a norm. It's more like feeling at peace, content, happy is out of norm, something I notice and acknowledge and try to figure out what did I do differently that made me feel that way.

You can listen to free subliminal therapies on YouTube and read the list of positive messages going into your subconscious mind. If there is anything you don't want suggested to you, look for another one as there are a wealth of them. Some are designed to help you relax and fall asleep and some are designed to reduce anxiety. You can come out of a depressed mindset with subconscious messages about how much you love living. Remember to relax each day and count your blessings.

@LadyGrace You hit the nail right on the head. Lol. I was doubting whether I exaggerated my symptoms to the psychiatrist for some reason.
Also, because it is so new to me to take antidepressants, the doctor tried to reassure me... but man, even though I had to tell patients way worse diagnoses and tried to reassure them... when the something like that happens it just takes you by surprise, if not shock. 🥹
