@YoMomma very true. And yes I’ll be ok. Stress about changing doctors is getting the better of me and I had a manic episode yesterday and last night and early this morning and I get so upset because I feel like I should have seen it coming based upon my behavior but sometimes I’m a little convinced that I actually enjoy the upswing. The way that my brain makes connections and everything seems so clear and I can think at hyper speed but the down swing and the crash are just not pleasant. I’m not sure if this is also related to my history of chronic traumatic brain injuries because my numbers of significant concussions 🤕 is well into the double digits and that’s not even counting the ones that I used to just shake off and often hit my head again in quick succession. I’m a mess. But I’m a self made mess ☺😊
