What do you do when your feeling depressed

I need some sort of distraction or something. I have a feeling Im gonna be depressed for a while and it really sucks. I was feeling fine for a long time and then I tried to be happy. What a stupid thing to attempt.

You're probably lacking your B vitamins. You need to buy some B12 sublingual tablets at Walmart in cherry flavor that are very good tasting, even sweet. Those help tremendously and you won't be overdosing on them. You could take like three and let them melt under your tongue and they melt pretty fast and I would do that twice a day or even three times a day if you like and they really help. Other than that you can watch a good movie or whatever hobby you like, go do that no matter how big or small it is. I like to watch YouTube funny videos or watch a talent show like America's Got Talent on YouTube just watch some funny things. Go out and ride if you have a motorcycle or even a bike.

You can also practice EFT. And you can learn how to do it for free on YouTube. It really works. It actually distracts your brain so that you won't be depressed. Many people use it.

Talk to someone close to me, watch funny videos or movies, cry, thinking of something joke, a book etc
