Why is this so true?

It really can be very difficult to know what- and what not to say. So people don’t feel sorry for you but also because you don’t want to feel like a burden.

@OlderSometimesWiser If I'm honest people feel sorry for me. but if I lie I feel terrible and they mostly see right through me so try a middle ground answer
