Struggling

I'm having alot of days where I feel like everything requires so much effort. I get things done, but I'm struggling. I don't know whats wrong with me. I've tried to make myself get out and do things I enjoy, but that hasn't helped. I'm on antidepressants. I really don't want to be overmedicated.

I've been alone now for 2 years after a devastating loss. It's been tough. What is helping me is exercise. Nothing too dramatic, just consistent. Try taking a couple classes like Pilates, yoga, or an aerobic class of some sort. It helps. I jump on the treadmill a few times per week and build a small gym in my home. Just getting in there, cranking up the music and generating endorphins is like magic.
