Lets talk about anxiety.

To be perfectly honest, sometimes I don't cope so well, but then when I get smart and think about Jesus, who came to give us a new life and a better one, I start focusing on him and he never fails to bring me comfort and joy. He's the only one in this whole world that can do that.

Hmmm tough one
Luckily my job right now is not stressful, just people and drama. I guess i ignore everyone but 2 people at work. Hope you find your way
