Pet loss hurts but people still want me to work

I wish people knew how I felt; it is like I can't cry for my baby I lost and people want me to be normal and act like I am fine

at some places of employment, you get sick/mental health days, and this can be used for any reason , which you do not have to explain. I undersrand that pets are family too. Id say pets are people too...but in so many ways, theyre better than most people.
