Pet loss hurts but people still want me to work

I wish people knew how I felt; it is like I can't cry for my baby I lost and people want me to be normal and act like I am fine

I know exactly how you feel. It feels so difficult to carry out daily normal activities and do what’s expected of you, but yet you must do it. Ignore your pains for the sake of something else.

If you need to take some time off and you are able to at all, you should do it. I think in time you will feel better. I would say when it comes to jobs I’ve learned already as an adult. It’s less about what they can do for you and more about what you can do for them. The only person who is truly going to prioritize your health is you. If people don’t like it, nothing you can do.

To an extent we do have to work despite our personal struggles, but it’s important to take a day off if you can when you are able to do so.

@YoungPoet345 Thank you! ❤ And yes this is very true to how I am struggling and feeling - not just this but other stuff right now 😭

@SexyBabyGirl152307 I totally understand. I’ve felt that way sometimes. That I’m dealing with so many things that just my daily activities feels like a lot and I start to burn out. But then I get myself back together and bounce back from it. It’s all I can do. There are highs and lows. Long strings of joy and peace. Long strings of compounded stress. I just take anything as it comes.

@YoungPoet345 yes - I miss my babies all of them - I want to be strong for my still living pets even though stuff is shit at the moment and I want to cry all day everyday
