How do you connect to the world when you're introverted,shy, and awkward?

Mostly through SW. Are you sure it looks pretty good out there though? Maybe the weather, but people are scary...

Enjoying the lil activities i do just naturally helps me to connect sometimes. Like if im at an aquarium or museum or garden sometimes small chats naturally occur or you see opportunities to help others and those small interactions are nice and not overwhelming. :)

It’s a challenge. I’m not shy, and something of a sociable introvert, which means I stick to myself, yet I’m pleasant and sociable when interacting with others, which is not often. The world has changed immensely, and I’ve changed as I’ve aged, so its a bit like oil and water for me.

I was going to jump on that looking good out here part but I'll leave it alone because you actually have some decent responses to this and should give them serious thought it not out right try.
