Depressed and lonely

Ive had a really bad day and i dont know where my head is atm just need somebody to tell me everything will be ok

Bad day means something didn't happen the way you wanted. So try to analyse and find what the problem is so solution can be found.

Consoling oneself is not going to help as there will be another bad day. Only bas days bring about good days.
