Depressed and lonely

Ive had a really bad day and i dont know where my head is atm just need somebody to tell me everything will be ok

It will be. Keep your head up high. Try and find one highlight and focus on that. Life is a roller coaster. Sometimes we have longer periods of downs cs up and hopefully sometimes more ups than downs. You got this
