For those of you who deal with depression, what is it that keeps you going?

For me, I know that no matter what, I can't let it keep me from doing the things I have to do in order to achieve my goals.

My daughter. When I am down and going through hell all I have to do is think of her. I'm 49 and still have no idea what my purpose in this life is but when I think about my passions, it's making her happy and well as life goes by so she must st be my reason.
