For those of you who deal with depression, what is it that keeps you going?

For me, I know that no matter what, I can't let it keep me from doing the things I have to do in order to achieve my goals.

I have started walking everyday when I can. It keeps blood to circulating throughout your body and keeps your brain active, It's a natural high. And you can become happier and more energetic.
