For those of you who deal with depression, what is it that keeps you going?

For me, I know that no matter what, I can't let it keep me from doing the things I have to do in order to achieve my goals.

It’s good to have goals. I definitely need a new one. Right now I’m trying to remember why I need to stick around. 😞
