For those of you who deal with depression, what is it that keeps you going?

For me, I know that no matter what, I can't let it keep me from doing the things I have to do in order to achieve my goals.

My son. If anything happened to him I wouldn't bother living. I really tried to help myself, I have healed in many ways, but he's the only family I have. He keeps me going. If not for him, nothing else would keep me alive.
