My depression has lifted

Usually it's predictable.
One episode that lasts at most a month between the months of January-February
Then my second episode between July-December.
I only get two episodes a year, maybe three depending.
And usually it's a lack of interest in things I enjoy so it feels horrible. Life feels bland or listless but I'm at least still productive. Just without feeling good about it.

But when it lifts life feels good. And I finally feel myself getting out of my last depressive episode for the year.

@SW-User I am actually on Vitamin D suppliments(running out sadly lmao). I guess it runs in the family because my grandmother also takes it because of very low levels. Which is weird because the time when they diagnosed me with low levels was when I was outside gardening during the middle of the summer for sometimes two hours a day. I'm a healthy eater too but I guess my body just doesn't metabolize it like others.

@Juvia it's like that in my family too. i take 3000 IU a day, and i'm little. but that's what it takes to get a normal level no matter my sun exposure. i recently found out i'm lacto-intolerlant (i think you might already know that), and i've been wondering if that could have been a metabolic hindrance. i dunno, but i know digestion is important for assimilating supplements.

@Juvia Your skin can only absorb 15 minutes D vitamin daily. So it's not how long it's how often.
