I mean this in the nicest way possible have you ever heard of the saying a fire that keeps being covered with leaves never stops burning?
Maybe cause you've never reached out or told anyone the dark thoughts and sadness keep growing inside your head...have you ever thought of like therapy?

Heres what ive found about mental depression... its horrible. It never really goes away. Theres all kinds of people who want to give a quick answer. All you have to do is just this or just do that. My childhood abuse and 15 years of marriage done me in. Now that I divorced her 10 years ago and my 2 wonderful children are in college and working. Im single got it going on now and really am a happy guy now. But the depression is still there and no reason for it. Im not interested in being bullshitted and going on their drugs so I can be locked in as a repeat customer for the shrinks. But people need to be careful when the try to give advise to people with depression unless you really truly understand it. It hurts. I got my forearm caught in a machine a while back and cut it halfway off. They reattached all the tendons and veins and stapled it all back together and amazingly it healed bery well. Fully usable. That physical pain was a walk thru the park when compared to the mental pain I have experienced. Wish I had better news.
