My depression has become a full blown eating disorder

I don't remember when it started, but I noticed that I'm having reluctance towards food now. I know I need to eat so I can take my meds. I used to love food very much and I still do think about what I'd like to eat at every meal time but when it comes to actually eat it, I'd feel disgust and it makes me nauseated. And if I forced myself to eat, I'd struggle to keep it down to the point I can't function right.

Does anyone have the same experience? How do I overcome this?

Go to OverEater Anonymous.
There's 12 step program there for all that stuff your talking about .
Do it on your own, and you'll fail , and when you fail , you end up going on more binges and feel worse and worse about yourself .
A 12 step program changes all of that
@riseofthemachine she starves, not the other way.

@DarkHeaven The over eater meetings work with every sickness concerned around eating or not .
They give you a food plan the 1st time you go in there .
It works for all conditions .😊
@riseofthemachine I’ve been anorexic most of my life… and it’s a really difficult issue. I didn’t know that, though. So, ty.
