My depression has become a full blown eating disorder

I don't remember when it started, but I noticed that I'm having reluctance towards food now. I know I need to eat so I can take my meds. I used to love food very much and I still do think about what I'd like to eat at every meal time but when it comes to actually eat it, I'd feel disgust and it makes me nauseated. And if I forced myself to eat, I'd struggle to keep it down to the point I can't function right.

Does anyone have the same experience? How do I overcome this?

Good exercise should help, if not go to the doctor. You need to eat, it keeps your mind in a better place.
I eat too much I think and the wrong things, but when I get really depressed I do not eat.
If it persists, please see the doctor.
