My depression has become a full blown eating disorder

I don't remember when it started, but I noticed that I'm having reluctance towards food now. I know I need to eat so I can take my meds. I used to love food very much and I still do think about what I'd like to eat at every meal time but when it comes to actually eat it, I'd feel disgust and it makes me nauseated. And if I forced myself to eat, I'd struggle to keep it down to the point I can't function right.

Does anyone have the same experience? How do I overcome this?

Try smoking some weed. It might help with your appetite and the nausea. I know folks that are going through chemothrerapy and they tell me it really helps them.

@melbeacher For chemotherapy. Not for eating disorders. If that's what this is, that can be deadly advice.

@Graylight Sorry, my bad.

@melbeacher No harm, no foul, and it does stimulate appetite for sure. This just may not be applicable. 😉
