Depression sucks

I know there is a lot of posts on here about depression but I got to let it out. I regret taking a week vacation cause work kept my mind busy. I tried other things during my vacation to keep me busy but I have lost interest in anything. Anybody have suggestions?

I think I’m in denial about having depression I don’t think I have depression but I don’t want to do anything anymore but I get bored so much I need to do something but I don’t want to do anything anymore
