Keeping busy
Am I the only one who just can't sit down when their anxiety is really bad?. I just have to be up on my feet doing something. Because my anxiety gives me all this nervous energy. I do the washing, dust, tidy even re-arrange things in the rooms. Anything to keep me occupied and my mind off whats stressing me. I've tried to stop it by meditating, smelling scents to keep me in the moment, box breathing etc. But these just don't help sometimes.
