I always think I get depressed for no reason...
but then I journal about it for like 30 minutes and then I find a reason and start working on a solution and then feel much better?
The brain is weird...
you'd think that if something was making you depressed then it would be obvious... but its not..
Or maybe I'm just making up problems that aren't there?
