Test anxiety

Hi guys. I'm preparing to take an exam for the second time which I failed the first time. Sadly it'll cost me $200! I'll admit that the exam is super tough considering that I'm not the best regarding the subject of kinesiology. Now I'm struggling with test anxiety and it's so intense that it's sending my body to overdrive.
Does anyone have any tips or pointers that may help me?

eat a balanced meal, avoid sugar, avoid going a long time without eating, avoid high carb meals like pasta, take magnesium, drink lots of water(there are specific scientific reasons for doing these thing). you already know a good part of all this (whatever percentage you got right in the exam) so you just need to learn the rest. make a plan about how you will attack your studies. break it up into a step by step plan: from this time to this time I study this part, from this time to this time i study the next part etc. it releaves a lot of the stress to do that because then the question " what am I gonna do? (a stressful question)" turns into the affirmation "this is what I will do" . good luck

@Ontheroad thank you 🙏
Practice taking the exam every day. Every time you sit to study, spend 15 min pretending you are taking the exam. I always found it helpful when preparing for exams to use flashcards, to establish a physical representation of the facts which I can test myself with. As far as the anxiety itself I'd just say prepare yourself as best you can, that is the key to easing your mind.

First, and most importantly, know the material. The best defense against test anxiety is to know the material. If you dont no amount of worry will help you.
