Does anybody else get really depressed the next day after having a great day?

You have a great day out so the next time you stay in and then you find yourself really down.

Yeah sometimes and I’m not really sure what the causes it usually, but something seems to trigger me and ruin that day even if it’s small

@ImRileyTheDog Yesterday was a nice escape and I found this tunnel that went under a major expressway. It was covered in all kinds of different graffiti. It was scary and spooky and a really fun adventure. Now I'm back to angry, unhappy wife, leaking pipe in the apartment causing mold and trouble sleeping.
