Does anybody else get really depressed the next day after having a great day?

You have a great day out so the next time you stay in and then you find yourself really down.

yeah, i chalk it up to hormones... though usually it happens to me the same day, not the day after.

@BlueVeins Ugh! I do, I think it's because I go so high and my brain fills with all those happy chemicals and then it suddenly plummets back to reality.
