Have you ever had a "Sadness Hangover"?

I had one this morning. A bad phone call with a friend of mine made me feel a bit unstable, (and that's NOT normal for me), and today is my brother's wedding, and I couldn't afford to go. 😢

I found out...FROM my brother...that my son is going to be there with his wife. I had no idea, because my son seldom calls and seldom communicates with me, and that makes me sad, too. 😢

It took some doing to kill the "hangover"...almost six hours of mindless data entry on my family tree website...but I definitely feel better now! 😉
