Y’all ever feel sad and alone
I have a great girlfriend, great friends, a great family, but I still have my struggles. And I can just suddenly become overwhelmed with anxiety and depression. I can be fine one second and not the next.

I'm almost 50. It gets easier to be alone at my age but I'm not completely alone. I'm just withdrawn.
