Y’all ever feel sad and alone

I have a great girlfriend, great friends, a great family, but I still have my struggles. And I can just suddenly become overwhelmed with anxiety and depression. I can be fine one second and not the next.

I've battled chronic anxiety since childhood, and with depression, it now hits in harsh waves of melancholy here and there. I understand the battle....
life seems to be a constant state of breaking and mending.
