How do you overcome your bad days? [I M Depressed]

First, I stay away from my family, because they will make things worse. If necessary, I will close the blinds, double lock all the doors, stay inside, and rest for a few days until the episode passes. Peace and quiet works for me.

I usually just give in

I don't know I've never had a bad day in my life I've had days where things don't go according to plan but never a bad day

I acknowledge them and keep moving..i dont wallow!

I ride it out.

My only bad days come when I get drunk and put myself In bad positions .. so cutting back on my drinking has helped drastically change my bad days .. now bad days when my co-workers treat me like shit and I take it .. and go home crying .. that’s a different story .. I need to stand up for myself more
