I Am a Teen With Depression

The past year I have been depressed and I feel like I cant talk to anyone I would have good days and then sad. Sometimes my family even my parents think that I'm mad and I just can find a way to be happy. All i do it just stare at my phone and i dont feel happy. I would try and have fun with my family but then I get depressed. Its hard to tell my mom let alone my dad because I know what they would say. I lose my appetite every now and then
