I Battle Depression

I feel like I just don’t care about anything anymore . This is not how I saw my life at 25 😢

i have no idea how to handle people with depression. my mum suffers from it and me being a military guy i just want to tell her to "man up" but i cant and never will. its not something i can understand or approach in my military way. its hard for everyone but something i am learning about
