I Battle Depression

I have stopped battling mine. It is an armed truce. I do take meds for it. Wishing you the best.

It’s hard but it will get better, you just have to focus on what needs to change

I am fighting that same battle. It's hard to get our of bed some days.

i have no idea how to handle people with depression. my mum suffers from it and me being a military guy i just want to tell her to "man up" but i cant and never will. its not something i can understand or approach in my military way. its hard for everyone but something i am learning about

I think everyone feels like that sometimes. It will pass. I do not know what has got you down at this time. However, my advice is to pick your self up and dust your self off. You will rebound.

Welcome to the club. :) I'm 30 now, disabled, no degree, no wife and kids. But I'm still here, and I guess that's what counts haha.

It's a daily struggle, isn't it? Some days are better than others, yet we still gotta keep on keepin' on!
