I Battle Depression

I have my first appointment with a psychiatrist next Wednesday. I’m scared if I tell them the extent of my crazy then they’ll lock me up.

Unless you're feeling suicidal to the point where they think you might kill or physically injure yourself it is unlikely that they will lock you up. If you seem like a danger to others you may get locked up

Now I’m not dangerous but I feel like I’ve already committed suicide and I’m just waiting for the point where I become conscious of that point in time. Can I tell them that? Or is that a no?@SW-User

It sounds like you feel numb. I feel like that to an extent sometimes. Like I have killed myself many times over but somehow I'm still here. I would be completely honest with them
