try meditation, yoga and drink lots of water. no meat and eat green vegetables. these habits helped me, m sure will help u too.

it is best you get help. my granddaughter who is 19 slid into depression too. it helped

I know how you feel hun I’m battling depression too it’s been a very long hard fight and it still is but I know I need to do certain things but it’s hard to get motivated when your depressed it’s like a whirlpool pulling you down and you give it all you got just to stay up with the current.
