I Battle Depression

Disappear... I wonder if they would notice is she just disappeared. If somehow she just melted into the floor and never came back up. Just became part of the wallpaper or the ceiling. Just melted into the carpet or the bedsheets on her bed. No memory of her ever left behind. Every detail of her, gone. Would it matter? Would anyone notice? It seems they are all right in front of her and they still don't notice her. They don't notice her shame, her crying our for help. Why won't they listen? It it because they are afraid of her? Is it because they don't see her? Or because they just don't care? It's ok if they don't care. Some part of her feels like she doesn't deserve their pity. Doesn't deserve help. Part of her feels like she deserves to feel like this. She doesn't know what she did, but she knows that she doesn't deserve happiness. She wonders if she deserves anything at all.

Hi, everyone deserves to be happy! I know it's hard and can be scary but grit your teeth, be brave and get the help you need. go see your doctor and talk to someone about how you're feeling! Good luck.

From my own experience, it was because my mom was too preoccupied with her own problems to notice how I was struggling. We unfortunately live in a very "selfish" world.
