Every day I am self destructive. I criticise every little thing I do. My own bad past haunts me. Nothing I do is good enough.
Most of the time I spend my day struggling to find the energy to get out of bed in the morning. Some days I don't make it out of bed.
I feel like I'm suffocating.

I hope you start getting better. Finding ways of looking at things in a more positive light. Your never alone no matter what your struggling with. I don't know your bad past but I will be here to support you in any way I can. ❤

Here's a saying i created for dealing with the past. You cant walk very good when you keep trying to walk forward with your head facing backwards because you'll just keep tripping over every obstacle that comes your way. You may have slipped up on a slippery floor, and maybe even tripped over dozens of other random things but why keep repeating the process? Hope this helps :)

@Aliengel You're making a conscious decision. Its what i like to call your gut feeling. So i would say thats good and probably necessary to move forward with your life. You sound like you know that life can be unfair at times. So now you're making your move. You are brave.

@HermannFegelein yes I knew this would happen someday. If I could only move to argentina and you know what? My town has been a cesspool of sluts, homosexuals with grotesque culture, gangs and fraternities like the zionist masons, libtards, and bias people

You don't need to tell about your past unless you want to, but would it help to get therapy of some kind? CBT can retrain your thought patterns so that, instead of viewing things as hopeless, you can see a different way forward.

Its a vicious cycle. You kind of have to mental kick yourself to get out and mix with people. You need people around you when your depressed.
